Wow, and I don't impress easily dude! I thought the pvc rack was going to be flimsy for my 215 plus a 100lb db, but it might hold! And you're the FIRST GUY I've seen using a db behind the knee like me!
I got a dip station from "Play it again Sports" and welded pipes on it to make it double as a plate rack:

That is truly a really great video. I would move to put together a few things that he has in my garage. That parallel bar dip leg raise to handstand pushup was sickk
