Yep. I used to eat it, but I've grown to hate it. It's liver-ish.

You might want to take your pb smilie from your siggie, just until you can actually eat it again.

Ha ha - good point.

FYI - be sure and enter "some" type of sig - because the countdown requires that you have a sig so it has something to latch onto.

Good thing you got that extra minute of cardio on top of your 30.

And at first I misread that last word in your post. Or-gan-i-sa-tion makes much more sense though than what I initially saw. Carry on.

Chris...I am shocked....uhmmmm, no, not really.

I bought a bunch of tea. Going to pick up some Walden Farms chemicals...

Oh...I really need to learn to cook chicken without drying it out. So gross.

Good Luck! I am excited to follow along

Yes dried out chicken is gross. If you are like me, then you will finally make some of it right, where it really tastes good, then the next time you can't remember what you did and it turns out gross.

On the stovetop: Make sure that you aren't cranking up the heat. Cook on medium. You can also add something liquidity in the pan. It helps a lot. After it's cooked, you can crank the heat up to medium high so that you cook off all the liquid.

Brine it before you cook it. Never had a dried out piece when I did that.

Weight = 169.5lbs Buh-bye 170's....I hope!

Good stuff. On your way now.

And I don't know about others, but I'm glad you don't drop your pants for just anyone.
