![]() New coach: Nath...some of you know her and some may remember her. She won the Canadian HW title at the 2007 Canadian Nationals. She has decided to hang up her posing suit and take on little old me! ![]() Weight = 171.5lbs (the heaviest I have ever been in my life, but certainly not the fattest) Diet = 2600 calories (1300P/1300C) Foods For The Day 3oz Cream of wheat or oats or shredded wheat 12 egg whites or 1 cup fat free cottage cheese or 1 scoop whey 22 oz chicken/turkey breast or 38.5oz lobster/shrimp or 31oz tuna or 19oz bison/horse 1/2 cup onions or banana peppers 2.5 cups cooked brown rice or 18oz sweet potato 450 calories worth of fibrous veggies ![]() 2 tsp flax oil (not included in calories) Free foods = crystal light, diet soda, coffee, tea, cinnamon, aspartame/splenda, vinegar, lemon juice, Mrs.Dash, lettuce, cabbage, mushroom, celery Limited foods = hot sauce, ff/sf ketchup (2T), mustard (2t), light jell-o |

![]() Yesterday's Workout: Rear delts cable rows w/ rope: 5 sets, 6-8 reps Seated DB lat raises: 4 sets, 8-10 reps Pulley EZ bar front raise SS Pulley upright rows: 4 sets, 8-10 reps Seated overhead tri ext w/ ez bar: 5 sets, 6-8 reps Rev pushdowns: 4 sets, 8-10 reps Rope pudhdowns: 3 sets, drops 8-8-8 Cardio: 31 minutes ![]() Weight = 170.0 lbs I did not get in all my foods yesterday. Lack of organisation.

On the stovetop: Make sure that you aren't cranking up the heat. Cook on medium. You can also add something liquidity in the pan. It helps a lot. After it's cooked, you can crank the heat up to medium high so that you cook off all the liquid.

Pics will happen. I'm dragging my digi camera around, but see, I don't drop my pants for just anyone! There was no one at the gym yesterday to take my pics. Latest tomorrow evening cuz I am meeting up with my suit making partner for a fitting with one of our figure girls.
