increases more igf1 and hgh and T levels too. im a high rep fan

those funny as **** hodgeson twins say if i do too much high rep shit my arms/legs will end up looking like my penis, thick and veiny.. not something real good eh... lol ..

oh yeah absolutely. its heavily documented, its demonstratd in several books ill seee if i can find some onlne studis, i know theres a few...moved into new house, so just give me some spare time
