I've been off righteous diet and the gym for couple of years now, but I finally started all of it again!
I also spent a good amount of time today trying to figure out what's new and worth it on the market nowdays and this is what i've compiled for my daily supp. intake: (pls let me now if that sound.. good, bad or damn ugly!) : - Multivitamins: once/day - Fish oil: once/day (900mg total omega-3) - Grape seed extract: once/day (100mg) - Scivation Dialene 4 (suggested dose) - Scivation Sesamin (suggested dose) - Now ZMA (suggested dose) - BCAAs: (1800mg/day). On training days - take during workout. - Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester: * training days: half-dose, post-workout only (2500mg/day) * non-training days: twice a day, as suggested (5000mg/day) - jack3d: pre-workout (suggested dose - 1 1/2 scoop) - ON 100 Whey Protein: post-workout (40g) - Carb Slam Waxy Maize Starch: post-workout (40g) Last edited by roise_r; 03-31-2012 at 02:29 AM. |
