age 37
Weight 92 kg body fat -18% Full diet plan & training program. Supplements- protein - Synergy 5 n.o ignition pre workout(non caffeinated) amino recovery carbo plex mct oil Objective is to keep as much of the gains as possible understanding there will be some and to lower body fat. Been going to the gym for 4 months getting ready and doing some research. This is what I have come up with. 1 mil test e & 1 mil deca for 10wks 4-6 weeks stanozalol 50mg tablets starting week 8 of above(advice pls) (post cycle starting when finish test e and deca) Nolvadex 40mgs clomid 100mgs ED for 2 weeks nolvadex 20mgs clomid 50mgs ED for 2 more weeks nolvadex 20 mgs ED 1 last week total of 5 weeks. looking at testosterone boosters taking both bulbine & D-Aspartic Acid(recommendations) |

Don't recommend gear unless you want to do it full time or else when you come off you could be looking at problems year round. For the record, I also think your BF is too high and you're not experienced enough in the gym @ 4 moinths (not even close). You would get even better gains by just signing up with Darkhorse than using steroids

Was a regular gym user for about 12yrs until about 5 yrs ago then when I stopped playing rugby I stopped going to the gym. I have been seeing a PT once a week since I started.
Still to early? I don't plan on doing 1 course but thought it was time to start. If I do decide to hold off is the plan OK? |

How about cutting those doses in half if you are serious. A male with TRT is going to be recieving between 200-300 mgs a week. You are talking about taking 4 times that for a first cycle. On top of that you want to throw in the deca for the mass but are you prepared for the sides that will come with that? If not you need to read more. If you really are serious I'd train 2-3 more years and max out your newbie gains, lock down your diet, and then if you plateau out and hit a wall ease into it if you still feel you need a boost. I personally think you have the right to do what you want but why give up the easy gains you will make in the next few years to the juice. Just my .02 good luck and remember no matter what to get a base line bloodwork done ahead of time so you can see what happens to your liver, and chloresterol.

Sounds to me you are looking for quick results/short cuts. Unfortunatly, this is more of a marathon than a race and you are gambling on your health. Nothing comes easy, especially, solid training results...those are my $0.02

Lol well I think it depends on the Doc and the state. Some states seems like they treat TRT like a criminal enterpirise yet they give out anti-depressants and narcotics like Oxy like they are candy. Pretty sad that guys have to fight that hard.

That's weird about the oxy. My doc gave me that for my back and I can honestly say I don't feel anything from it?
