Looking forward to this!!! Great idea Rich. I'm pretty much a caveman when it comes to meals. Basically functionality over taste kinda guy. Hope to pick up some ideas for the Mrs. so I can cook her something other than steak and (insert green veggie).

For those following the Primary Source Nutrition Approach: Primary Protein Source - 3 Servings Primary Carb Source - 2.5 Servings Primary Fat Source - 4 Servings For those counting macros, they are roughly: Protein - 50g Carb - 55g Fat - 36g For those counting calories: Calories - 750 |

I have made something very similar to the PB asian dip you made although this uses a few more ingredients but still very simple and the majority of these ingredients can be found in your cupboards.
The recipe is: 1/4 Cup PB 2 TbSp Soy sauce 1 TbSp Vinegar 1/4 TSp Cayenne Peper 2 TbSp Olive Oil I usually make it half the serving of the above because we never eat it all. A little goes a long way when it comes to flavor with this.
