Thanks a lot for the plan, i just switched to this plan starting last week.
I have one problem:
I find that my triceps and biceps (particularly triceps) are still sore from the chest-back-shoulders workout and now its time for the bi's-tri's-forearms workout.
Any harm in switching out the leg workout and the bi's-tri's-forearms to avoid working out sore muscles?
Maybe its just because I'm still a newbie... should i just bite the bullet and do the workout anyway?
